The retreat consists of a group day session on the 9th of March (max. 12 people) in the amazing Shala shown below and then on the 10th March we will reflect on your journey with a beautiful cacao ceremony and start the integration process.
Immersed in the beauty of the Sintra Forest, you will journey safely with our expert team at your side at all times.
